Jennifer has been designing web pages on a freelance and professional basis since 1995. She hand-codes HTML and uses Adobe PhotoShop to create and manipulate graphics.

	Arlington County Police Department Jennifer completely redesigned and reorganized this web site. Technologies used on this web site include Active Server Pages (ASP), JavaScript, HTML, and Photoshop.
	Virginia Department of Transportation The Northern Virginia Construction web site. Information about construction projects are updated as needed. JavaScript, HTML, and Photoshop were used to produce the final product.
	Cable & Wireless Internet Engineering The main Cable & Wireless Internet Engineering site. Created the side menu, title, and button graphics. Jennifer worked with existing graphics to create the other menu graphics. She also created the previous layout of this site.
	Cable & Wireless IP Engineering Open House This site was created very quickly for an open house only one week away. Jennifer designed the layout under web publishing guidelines, and content was provided. She chose most of the graphics with the help of the department's Graphic Designer.
Internal Sites - Links to their main external sites are provided. Cable & Wireless - Used ASP to interact with an Access database on an NT Server. Department of Veteran's Affairs - Used ASP to interact with an Access database on an NT server. InteliNET - Created comps for web pages of multiple clients. MITRE Corporation - Used Cold Fusion to interact with an Access database on an NT Server for project work for the Department of Defense. NetBase Corporation - Used DHTML for menus and customized iChat for use as a Message Board and chat sessions for the U.S. State Department. Virginia Department of Transportation - Reorganized and updated internal web sites.
